Cancelation Policy YogiBees

We understand that it isn’t always possible to keep our intentions, but to keep it fair for all YogiBees we have a strict booking and cancelation policy in place. We have this policy so all yogiBees get a fair chance to book classes. We book in blocks and you are booking for a space and a mat as numbers are limited.

Block bookings are made and paid in full on the website prior to the course starting. If you need to cancel a block booking you must give 24 hours notice prior to the block starting to receive a full refund.

You are booking the mat for the full block and so payment must be paid upfront for all weeks.

 All sales are final, no refunds, extensions or exchanges are possible. Should your YogiBee become unwell or injured and unable to attend then a doctor’s note would be required and can be assessed on an individual basis. Extenuating circumstances will also be looked at on an individual basis.
